For all orders to the United States / Canada / Australia / Europe / UK, the import duties covered by Somatchi, so there will be no additional charges when your order arrives.
Please note the above does not apply to orders to destinations in US, with a total value of over 800 USD, as these orders are subject to tax, duty, import and brokerage fees and will be charged a customs fee by the US Government through shipping carriers.

Reserves the right to check the validity of the credit or debit card, its credit status in relation to the order value and whether the address data that you have provided correlates
with the address data of the credit or debit card. Nudie Jeans may refuse orders depending on the result of these controls. It is advisable to make sure that you have sufficient funds on your credit or debit card before you place your order. Also, credit card companies may block
foreign and/or online purchases for security reasons, so you may need to contact your credit card company and ask them to remove such blocks if applicable.

When you place an order at our web shop an order confirmation will be sent to the registered email address. The order confirmation is also your receipt so please keep it for future reference. When your order is confirmed and ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.

Please check your spam folder if you haven't received a confirmation email with an order number.

A common reason why your order doesn't go through is that your bank or credit card company has a block against transactions on foreign sites.

This is quite common and also something that can be regulated by your bank/credit company without you knowing it. Contact your bank and have them remove the block and try to place the order again. If you, for some reason can't get a hold of your bank, you can also use PayPal as a payment method. PayPal is free for all consumers and if you do not have an account it's easy to sign up at PayPal.
